Elmarie has been a part of the Nashua Communications family since 1997, first as a contractor selling Service Maintenance Contracts, then training Siemens customer end-users. She loves influencing people positively through training and Change Management in her current role and believes the best feeling next to seeing your children get married is to be a part of, and, experiencing users realising why they should use the new technology or work in a different way. Outside working hours Elmarie lives for her family and recently discovered that travelling is so much better than baking. Around the office, Elmarie is known as the Milk tart-cupcake and peanut-butter cookie lady.
